Councillor Cochrane (Action to Save St John's Hospital) is Chair Person of the Licensing Committee and a member of the Community Health and Care Partnership Committee, West Lothian Leisure Advisory Committee, Education Executive Committee, Local Area Committee, Policy Resources and Scrutiny Panel, Environment Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel and the Health and Care Policy Development and Scrutiny Panel.
